We now offer Road Hazard Protection as an option to all of our plans. Our contracts cover travel anywhere in North America, assuring our customers the freedom and peace of mind they deserve.

Coverage Choices:

Factory Coverage
This is the most complete RV coverage available anywhere! Premium Coverage is exclusionary - we list the few items that are excluded to make it straightforward to understand. Eligible vehicles are less than 10 years old and/or less than 80,000 miles. This coverage includes: Plasma/LCD TV’s, Girard and Zip Dee, satellite systems, slide-outs, all electronics and all electrical or mechanical items.! This coverage applies to the coach and the conversion on Prevost Bus.

Luxury Coverage
In addition to the Chassis Coverage, including engine, transmission, drive axle, steering and suspension, Luxury Coverage includes an extensive list of covered items found in even the most exclusive coaches. A small sample of these features include: heating and cooling systems, dishwashers, refrigeration units, central vacuum, kitchen centers, ranges and ovens, LP gas systems, fresh water and waste systems. This is great protection, however it does not cover the audio/visual systems and is an inclusionary product.

Chassis Coverage
Chassis Coverage is basic mechanical breakdown protection. This is commonly referred to as power train coverage. It covers the chassis mechanical features such as the engine, transmission, drive axle and fuel system. This does not include any of the interior or coach features.

Coach
Coach Coverage is perfect if you have part of your chassis warranty remaining on your factory warranty and you would like to protect the house or coach items of the RV. This is our Premium exclusionary policy, with all chassis and chassis related items listed as exclusions.

Wear & Tear
Often times due to the weight and size of a motorhome, items will fail just due to time and wear. Why leave yourself unprotected? This extra coverage available on any contract will take care of items that have failed due to wear and tear. We strongly recommend this coverage on any contract for any vehicle.

ROAD HAZARD PROTECTION for the tires and wheels of the RV easily creates satisfied customer and sells itself. This coverage provides full replacement value reimbursement in the event of a flat tire or blow-out including: tire, wheel, road service, supplies and taxes. There is no deductible and there are no pre-rata adjustments. This is really a must-have option on any RV. 

Flat tire? Rim Damage? If a road hazard causes this, we will pay to repair or replace the tire and/or rim, including balancing, mounting, stems, and all taxes. This coverage is a flat rate for 3 years of coverage, regardless of how long you customers’ mechanical warranty is for.
This coverage is on a separate contract, and may be purchased separately.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
What coverage options are available?
Four levels of coverage and the most complete exclusionary coverage on the market. We have
Premium (exclusionary), Luxury (inclusionary), as well as both Coach and Chassis only coverage.
Rest assured we have the coverage available to meet your customer’s exact requirements.
Is there a waiting period before coverage begins?
There is no waiting period before coverage takes effect. Coverage begins the day the factory
warranty expires, providing additional years and additional miles of coverage.
Is a vehicle inspection required to purchase the extended service agreement?
If the vehicle has at least 30 days of manufacturers warranty remaining, then no inspection is
necessary. If it is less than 30 days or has no warranty, then an inspection is necessary to ensure there are no preexisting conditions. You are able to complete the inspection on behalf of the customer if you have the proper facility, or we can send the inspection checklist directly to the customer with their welcome package. If you complete the checklist, it can be sent to us
together with the application and remittance; otherwise you may fax or mail the insepction to
us upon completion.
How are claims paid?
Claims are paid directly to the repair facility by credit card at the time of the repair. Your
customer does not have to pay the repair bill and wait for reimbursement – no out of pocket
claim expenses.
Is the service agreement transferable?
The balance of the warranty is transferable to the next private owner. This greatly increases the
resale value of the coach often times by as much as the original warranty cost.
Can my customer renew the contract at the end of the term?
Your customer may renew their policy at any time. We automatically contact customers
towards the end of their coverage to offer them a renewal contract.
